Is buying Google reviews legal in Sweden?

Marknadsföringslagen 2008:486, in plain English
Sections 8-10 ban misleading marketing that materially distorts the consumer's decision. Section 5 requires marketing to follow god marknadsföringssed (good marketing practice). Publishing fake reviews as if they were real breaches both. Patent- och marknadsdomstolen can impose marknadsstörningsavgift up to 10 million SEK or 4% of annual turnover, per MFL sections 29-33.
