Kuluttajansuojalaki, in plain English
KSL 2:6 bans false or misleading information about a business or its services; KSL 2:3 requires marketing to be identifiable as marketing; KSL 2:1 sets the good marketing practice standard. Publishing fake reviews as if they were real breaches all three. Under KKV-laki 661/2012 markkinaoikeus can impose penalty fees up to 4% of annual turnover.
